Living Hope Bryan

About this church

Living Hope Bryan is a Baptist congregation seeking to cultivate mature disciples through worship, Scripture, intergenerational relationships, and community groups. The church currently gathers in Calvary Fellowship’s sanctuary at 2009 Cavitt Avenue while developing a separate Beason Street property envisioned with a church building, community garden, trail, playground, pavilion, and athletic field. That future project should not be confused with the present Sunday location.

Sunday School for children, youth, young adults, and adults begins at 3:30 p.m., followed by evening worship at 5:00. The congregation welcomes children in the main service and provides childcare for babies through kindergarten. College students and young adults participate through Elevate, with the visitor page listing Bible study at 3:30; a separate calendar entry also describes second- and fourth-Sunday Elevate gatherings at 7:00 p.m. in changing locations, so young adults should check the calendar for the specific format. Clothing ranges from shorts and T-shirts to dressier attire. Greeters provide a worship guide and directions inside the host church. The official site repeatedly confirms the Cavitt Avenue meeting address, supporting correction of the directory’s former South College Avenue location and shortening the public name to the church’s own “Living Hope Bryan.”
