Crown of Life Lutheran Church

About this church

Crown of Life Lutheran Church meets at 6605 Pleasant Run Road in Colleyville. Sunday begins with traditional worship at 8:15 a.m., followed by Bible classes for all ages at 9:30 and contemporary worship at 10:45. The traditional service uses liturgy, hymns, organ, choir, and occasional handbells; the later service is led by a praise band. Visitors may dress in jeans, business-casual clothing, or something more formal. The congregation celebrates the Lord's Supper and asks guests to review its close-Communion practice before participating.

Crown of Life belongs to the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod and describes itself as Bible-based, sacramental, and focused on Christ. Its vision joins faith-filled homes with gospel outreach across northeast Tarrant County, a Lutheran school, and future church planting. Children, youth, young adults, families, and older adults have dedicated ministries, while Stephen Ministry provides trained one-to-one Christian care during difficult seasons. For a first visit, the main decision is worship style rather than sermon topic: the early and late services express the same Lutheran faith through different musical settings, with an all-ages learning hour positioned between them.
