Friendship Baptist Church is a Fairview congregation whose history begins with fifteen charter members in 1874 and the name Friendship in 1914. It moved to its present Country Club Road hilltop in 1998. Today the church pairs two Sunday worship services with Growth Groups, children, students, Awana, online worship, and missions that range from neighborhood care to international trips and partnerships.

Sunday worship begins at 8:45 and 11:00 a.m.; the 11:00 service streams online. Growth Groups meet at 9:50. Children’s Growth Groups also begin at 9:50, while Kids’ Church is offered during the 11:00 service after children begin worship with their families. School-year Awana for ages three through fifth grade meets Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Students in grades six through twelve follow the same Wednesday hours and have Sunday Growth Groups from 9:50 to 10:50. Children’s classrooms are on the second floor of the main building, with Kids’ Church pickup in Building B, so first-time families should ask for both check-in and pickup directions.
