First Baptist Church of Keller

About this church

First Baptist Church of Keller holds two Sunday services: the first starts at 8:30 a.m. and the second at 11. Bible-study classes for every age meet at 9:45 between them. Recordings are available through the church website. Scripture is central to the congregation's approach, including verse-by-verse preaching, prayer, singing, giving, and response. Guests range from people in Sunday clothes to those in jeans, so there is no single expected dress style. Families can attend worship together and use the middle hour for age-based study without making a second trip.

The church emphasizes relationships that provide support, spiritual accountability, and encouragement for everyday life. Its family focus extends into practicing faith at home, while worship and creative-arts ministries train adults, students, and children both musically and theologically. Local and global mission includes planting churches, sending and supporting missionaries, teaching English, disaster response, handmade blankets, and cards for people needing care. That combination suits someone looking for a Baptist church with structured teaching and many practical ways to serve. Newcomers should choose a worship hour first, then decide whether the 9:45 Bible-study period makes a fuller introduction to the congregation.
