First Baptist Church of Liberty

About this church

First Baptist Church of Liberty holds Bible Fellowships Sundays at 9:15 a.m. followed by worship at 10:45 in the sanctuary at 602 Main Street. The worship service is also broadcast through Facebook. The congregation’s mission combines worship, proclaiming salvation through Jesus Christ, spiritual growth, and ministry shaped by God’s love, with ways to participate through music, greeting, student work, Hispanic ministry, and other service teams.

Students in grades 6–12 meet Sundays at 9:15 and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Kingdom Kids Mother’s Day Out provides a Monday-and-Wednesday program from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00, while children’s ministry includes Bible learning, Vacation Bible School, and mission opportunities. The church also maintains a volunteer Worship Support Team for sound, lighting, media, and streaming, reflecting the behind-the-scenes participation that supports the Sunday experience. Newcomers who want conversation can begin in a Bible Fellowship before worship; those seeking a simpler introduction can arrive for 10:45 or preview the livestream. Family programs follow their own school-year and event calendars, so verify dates and registration requirements before relying on a weekday schedule.
