Mobberly Baptist Church – Marshall Campus

About this church

Mobberly Baptist Church's Marshall campus begins Sunday prayer at 8:30 a.m., Connect Groups at 9, and family worship at 10:30. The gathering brings all ages together for singing, prayer, giving, and biblical teaching, while preschool groups are available during worship. Dress ranges from jeans to suits. Junior-high and high-school students join Connect Groups at 9 and worship with the congregation at 10:30; their Wednesday gathering runs from 6 to 8 p.m. The campus has its own pastor, worship leader, children's and youth ministers, media technician, and first-impressions team.

Mobberly began in Longview in 1938 as a Southern Baptist congregation and opened its Marshall campus at the convention center in 2014. After Bel Air Baptist Church donated its building, renovations allowed the campus to move to West Carolanne Boulevard in October 2017. The church's mission is leading people into a life-changing, continually growing relationship with Jesus. Local partners include Mission Marshall, HiWay 80 Rescue Mission, campus ministries, recovery programs, and schools, while national and international partnerships extend its work further. The church publishes online media, but visitors should confirm whether the Marshall service itself is livestreamed rather than assuming Longview's broadcast schedule applies.
