Christ Redeemer Church

About this church

Christ Redeemer Church gathers at McKinney Christian Academy Sunday at 10 a.m. Worship includes congregational prayer, Scripture reading, preaching, and the Lord's Supper. First-time guests are encouraged to dress comfortably; jeans and summer shorts are common, and greeters at the front doors provide a gathering guide and directions. Children may remain in the service, while optional care is available each Sunday for ages one through eleven. The children's ministry emphasizes screened workers, safe procedures, health, and biblical teaching so parents can choose the arrangement that works for their household.

The congregation describes itself as gospel-centered and gospel-sharing: forgiveness and reconciliation through Jesus shape both its gathering and its outward mission. Its doctrinal statement adapts the New Hampshire Confession of Faith of 1853. During the school year, student ministry for grades six through twelve meets Sunday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the church property on County Road 1006, a different location from morning worship. That group combines prayer, teaching, conversation, biblical community, and discussion of challenges students face. Other connection points include small groups, men's and women's ministry, membership, and mission partnerships focused on reaching unreached people and planting churches. A first visit should use the academy address for 10 a.m. worship; student families should separately confirm the afternoon property address and school-year calendar.
