Stonebridge United Methodist Church

About this church

Stonebridge United Methodist Church offers Celebration worship at 9:45 a.m. in Celebration Hall and The Bridge at 11 in the Robertson Activity Center. Celebration blends traditional and contemporary elements and usually draws business-casual dress. The Bridge uses contemporary music from its band in a relaxed setting where casual clothing is common. Online worship publishes both 9:45 and 11 a.m. streams and earlier services. Nursery and child care through fifth grade are available during worship. Parking surrounds three sides of the building; the Stonebridge Drive side is recommended for the early service and the activity-center side for the late gathering.

The congregation's mission is to make disciples for the transformation of the world, with a vision of living and loving like Jesus in joyful community. Prayer requests, a weekly prayer team, memorial receptions, college-student care, visitation, and compassionate response provide support beyond Sunday. Stonebridge's first worship service drew 225 people to Dowell Middle School on September 17, 1995, and the congregation moved into the first phase of its current campus in December 1999. The site does not explain service duration, Communion frequency or participation, baptism preparation, child check-in and worker screening, step-free routes, hearing assistance, or the exact nursery age range below fifth grade. Families should also confirm whether both streams run every week.
