Stonegate Fellowship

About this church

Stonegate Fellowship meets Sundays at 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. at 6000 West Wadley Avenue in Midland. The non-denominational church describes its purpose as seeing everyday people transformed by Jesus to love and influence others. Children from birth through fifth grade have dedicated programming with trained, background-checked volunteers, and first-time check-in opens fifteen minutes before services. The children’s page still mentions a 10:30 start while the main church schedule says 10:45, so families using the later session should confirm the check-in time. Treasure Quest offers care for children with special needs during the later service.

Stonegate’s first service brought roughly 200 people to Abell Junior High in August 1999; the congregation moved to its Wadley campus about three years later. Today its “Gather. Find. Disciple.” framework leads into groups, service teams, missions, prayer, and D-Labs for focused discipleship. Students in grades six through twelve gather Sundays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Buildings E and F, with dinner included. The church also offers free weekday English classes for adults during seasonal terms and supports local and global mission work. Sermons can be watched online, making it easy to sample the teaching before a first visit.
