The Shrine of St. Padre Pio Catholic Church is a San Antonio parish where the Eucharist, Scripture, prayer, service, and family faith formation anchor community life. For the 2026–27 program year, high-school Pio Youth meets Sunday from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and middle school Monday from 6:00 to 7:30; Catholic Education Program sessions begin Wednesday at 5:30. Adoration requires an access card obtained through the parish office, so visitors should not assume the chapel is publicly unlocked at every hour.
