HISplace Family Church

About this church

HISplace Family Church is a nondenominational Spring congregation serving the Spring, Klein, and Tomball area with contemporary worship, practical Bible teaching, small groups, prayer, children, students, missions, and a next-steps pathway. Its stated vision is to help people know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference, with meaningful community positioned as an answer to isolation and an overextended life.

Sunday worship begins at 10:00 a.m. in person and by livestream and ordinarily lasts sixty-five to seventy minutes. Clothing ranges from shorts and flip-flops to dress shirts and skirts. HISkids runs during the service for children from six weeks through fifth grade: nursery covers six weeks to eighteen months, preschool nineteen months through prekindergarten, and Children’s Church kindergarten through fifth grade. A comfort room lets mothers care for infants while watching worship. Students in grades six through twelve meet in separate middle- and high-school small groups during the church’s group semesters rather than at one permanent weekly hour. First-time families can preregister children, and the optional visit form can arrange a greeting and gift; neither is required to attend.
