Resurrection Lutheran Church

About this church

Resurrection Lutheran Church offers traditional worship at 8:15 a.m. and contemporary worship at 11 Sunday at 1612 Meadow Edge Lane in Spring. Both services are available in person and online. Between them, the 9:45 discipleship hour provides classes for every age, letting a household combine its preferred worship style with formation in one morning. The congregation is part of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod and describes worship through Scripture and prayer as a weekly celebration of what God has done.

Its CARES values are Christ-centered, authentic, relational, equipping, and serving. Resurrection connects Sunday faith with relationships, work, school, family life, neighborhood mission, and practical care. Children in grades three through five meet quarterly for snacks, activities, and Scripture through Club 345. First Communion and Confirmation help sixth through twelfth graders learn foundational Christian teaching and ask difficult questions; middle- and high-school groups also gather quarterly, and high-school students meet twice monthly in a home for a meal, conversation, and Bible study. An Early Learning Center, performing-arts school, preschool, micro school, adult groups, young adults, music, local service, global mission, and church planting broaden the campus's work. A newcomer can select traditional or contemporary worship and use the discipleship hour as a bridge between services, then confirm the next quarterly youth date directly.
