The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Wills Point

About this church

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints keeps Wills Point, Texas's only meetinghouse at 901 Lake Drive, roughly 26 miles from the next-closest one in Forney. This building's entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.

The Wills Point Ward gathers Sundays, sacrament meeting beginning at 10 a.m. and the two-hour block running to 12 p.m. That first hour brings hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water and talks from congregation members, with classes, Primary included, in the second. There's no cost to attend and nothing is collected, and guests are welcome whether or not they dress up. Since local leaders set and periodically revise these schedules, a phone call ahead of a first visit is worth the effort.
