The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - South Davis Branch, Bountiful

About this church

The meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 401 S 400 E sits among the twenty-six the directory lists for Bountiful, Utah, with another building just three-tenths of a mile away. The South Davis Branch gathers here on Sunday afternoons.

The South Davis Branch meets Sundays at 1:30 p.m., filling the building's whole two-hour block. Sacrament meeting fills that first hour with hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water, and talks from members of the congregation, and a second hour of classes follows, including a Primary program for children. Visitors are welcome and are not asked to give anything; there is no collection plate. First-timers can dress casually or in Sunday clothes, either is fine. Since branch schedules occasionally shift from year to year, a quick call ahead of a first visit is a good idea.
