The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Fruit Heights 5th Ward, Fruit Heights

About this church

The meetinghouse at 24 S Country Lane, run by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is one of five the directory lists in Fruit Heights, Utah, and another sits just three-tenths of a mile away. The building offers a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking, restroom and seating.

Three wards meet in sequence here: Fruit Heights 5th Ward at 9 a.m., Fruit Heights 4th Ward at 10:30 a.m., and Fruit Heights 7th Ward at 12 p.m. Fruit Heights 5th's sacrament meeting, and the two that follow, each last about an hour and include hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water, and talks from ward members, with a second hour of classes and Primary afterward. No payment or collection plate is involved, and visitors are welcome to attend dressed however they're comfortable. Since Fruit Heights has several meetinghouses sharing this kind of staggered schedule, and times are set locally, a call ahead of a first visit is worth making.
