St. Thomas Aquinas University Parish in Charlottesville celebrates a Saturday vigil at 4:30 p.m. and Sunday Mass at 7:30 and 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 5:15 p.m.; a 9:00 p.m. Sunday Mass is added while UVA is in session. Weekday Mass is Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. with Vespers, plus Thursday at 9:00 p.m. during the university term and Saturday at 8:30 with Lauds. Confession is Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:15 to 10:15, with a Sunday evening option during term.

Semester Mass at the UVA Chapel begins at 12:25 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Middle-school Edge meets Monday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.; high-school Life Teen meets Sunday from 6:15 to 8:15, and monthly Confirmation formation supplements those nights. Liturgical volunteers range from grade-school altar servers to hospital Eucharistic ministers who visit UVA patients after 9:00 Sunday Mass. Graduate students, medical students, business students, faculty, and professionals have dedicated Catholic groups. The parish is at 401 Alderman Road and has served UVA and Charlottesville for more than seventy years.
