Friendship Baptist Church

About this church

Friendship Baptist Church meets on Newbys Bridge Road in Chesterfield for worship at 11 a.m., in person and by livestream. The service has a friendly, casual atmosphere and a blended musical style, drawing from contemporary band-led songs as well as organ- and piano-supported traditions. A biblical message anchors the gathering. The church's visitor information is designed to answer questions before arrival so guests can focus on worship rather than navigation, and its larger approach to connection encourages people to pair Sunday attendance with a small group and a place of service.

Children's programming begins at 9:45 a.m. and continues during the 11 a.m. service, giving families the option of a longer formation morning or worship-hour care alone. Youth, senior adults, women's ministry, and the Joy Circle offer additional relationships across age and life stage. The Friendship Food Pantry makes care for nearby households a visible part of the church's weekly identity, while women and other ministry teams serve the congregation and community in practical ways. Because the site publishes both an order of service and current bulletin, visitors can review the exact week's music, announcements, and any changes before coming to the campus.
