Christ the King Community Church

About this church

Christ the King Community Church in Bellingham offers Sunday services at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. in person and online, plus a 6:00 p.m. online rebroadcast. Doors open thirty minutes early. Worship is contemporary, sometimes incorporating an older hymn, and the Bible-focused message usually occupies about thirty minutes of the roughly hour-long service. Clothing ranges from flip-flops to button-downs. Parking is available in front of the building and in adjacent lots, giving newcomers unusually specific information about timing, dress, and arrival.

CTK Kids serves nursery through sixth grade during both morning services, with preregistration available for faster check-in. Children’s areas are secure and volunteers maintain current background checks. The Bellingham congregation’s story changed direction in 1988, when fifty-four adults in a struggling church committed to outward-focused worship, evangelism, and small-group community. After later expansion and church planting, CTK became a network of five churches whose campuses share a name and mission while reflecting their own neighborhoods. Bellingham participants can connect through classes, mentoring, spiritual practices, local and global service, and community groups. The result is a multi-service church with strong visitor logistics and a locally rooted network history.
