Central Church

About this church

Central Church in Richland brings traditional Christian worship together with intergenerational ministry, community groups, care programs, and practical service. Sunday music may include choir, orchestra, piano, organ, or other instruments alongside prayer, Scripture, and a sermon. Children from birth through fifth grade have age-appropriate spaces led by screened volunteers with CPR and first-aid training, although children are also welcome to remain with their family in worship.

The traditional Sunday service begins at 10:00 a.m.; the musical prelude starts at 9:50, making that the useful arrival target for visitors who want the complete service. Communion is ordinarily observed on the first Sunday of the month. The church building is open Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., but those are facility hours rather than additional worship times. GriefShare, Alpha, women’s ministry, youth activities, and special events operate on changing schedules. First-time families can check children in or choose family seating, while people interested in a weekday group should consult the current calendar rather than infer a meeting from the building’s broad opening hours.
