Shiloh Hills Fellowship is a multigenerational Spokane congregation affiliated with Converge Worldwide. Sunday worship begins at 10:30 a.m. and usually lasts a little over an hour, opening with prayer for a missionary partner before music, giving, and a Bible message. The first Sunday of each month includes Communion. Music ranges from familiar older songs to contemporary Christian radio selections, and coffee and tea are available before the service.

Dress is generally casual, with no formal code. A nursery serves the youngest children, while children's church is available through fifth grade; older elementary children join the opening worship before class. New families can allow extra time for a short check-in form, and children are also welcome to remain with their parents. Shiloh's wider ministry includes youth group, care and prayer support, local nonprofit partnerships, and missionaries serving in several countries. The church meets at 207 East Lincoln Road, one block east of Division in the Shiloh Hills neighborhood.
