Blue Mountain Community Church

About this church

Blue Mountain Community Church is a Walla Walla congregation pursuing Jesus through biblical hospitality, honest conversation, practical good, and service to the surrounding community. Worship is contemporary and sometimes energetic, while teaching uses stories organized around Scripture. The church’s mission team supports local and global partners and encourages members to see homes, schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods as places of Christian mission. Small groups, BMCC Youth, Summit Kids, and online services provide several ways to connect.

Sunday worship and Summit Kids begin at 10:00 a.m. The visitor guide recommends arriving about ten minutes early for coffee, seating, and children’s check-in. Summit Kids serves ages one through fifth grade: toddlers and preschoolers go to classrooms, while grades one through five begin in the Student Center for songs and a Bible story. Children receive a name tag and parents a matching pickup tag. The large lot on the south side of the building, nearest Bryant Street, gives the closest access to the sanctuary lobby. A Welcome Center is just inside those doors. Because the church also references a separate Skyrocket campus in Prescott, visitors should use the Walla Walla directions for 928 Sturm Avenue rather than following the alternate campus link.
