Our Lady of Peace

About this church

Our Lady of Peace is one of two Marshfield Catholic churches sharing a parish website with Sacred Heart. That shared presentation makes location precision essential: Our Lady of Peace is at 1414 West Fifth Street, while Sacred Heart has a different address and schedule. Mass, reconciliation, music, youth and young-adult ministry, and parish service form the congregation’s weekly life. Visitors are welcome to dress casually and are not expected to contribute to the offering.

At Our Lady of Peace, weekend Mass is celebrated Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and Sunday at 10:00 a.m.; Tuesday and Thursday daily Mass begins at 8:00 a.m., and Saturday confession at 3:00. Sacred Heart’s Sunday 8:00 Mass should not be assigned to this listing. The OLP Gallery Choir leads the Sunday 10:00 Mass from Labor Day through Corpus Christi and rehearses Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.; cantors rehearse at 6:00. A deanery youth group gathers on the first and third Wednesdays, while young adults meet on the second Tuesday from September through May at 6:30 p.m. Because the official site combines both worship locations, first-time visitors should verify that an event is marked OLP before navigating to Fifth Street.
