What Does Hosea 12:8 Mean?
Now Ephraim speaks for itself, and the words reveal the heart. I am become rich, the nation says, I have found me out substance, congratulating itself on its gains. Then comes the self-justification: in all my labours none shall find iniquity in me that were sin. Prosperity is taken as proof of innocence.
