The lame become a preserved remnant and the outcast a strong nation, as the Lord reigns over them in Zion forever.

What Does Micah 4:7 Mean?

God transforms what He gathers. The lame become a remnant, the one cast far off becomes a strong nation. And over them the Lord reigns in Mount Zion from now and forever. Weakness is turned to strength under His kingship.

This is the divine pattern: God takes the broken and makes them the foundation of something enduring. His reign is not temporary but everlasting, and those He gathers share in it. The verse assures every limping, cast-off soul that in God's hands present weakness is no obstacle to a future under His eternal, gracious rule.
