At the Last Supper, Jesus said, "If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again" (John 14:3). To His disciples He promised: "You will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of power and coming on the clouds of heaven" (Matt. 26:64). The promise is personal. The coming is real. Not some invisible spiritual event, but His visible arrival.
