Surprise, Arizona has three meetinghouses of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and the one at 14878 N Verde Vista Dr sits about a mile and a half from the closest of them. Doors are open on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the building busiest between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. and cresting around 10 a.m.

Four wards share the building: Willow Canyon Ward at 8 a.m., Sun Valley Ward at 9:30 a.m., Sierra Montaña Ward at 11 a.m., and Sun City West Ward at 12:30 p.m. Because congregations here are organized geographically, the meeting times are spread across the morning and early afternoon. Hymns, prayers, the sacrament of bread and water, and talks from members of the congregation make up the first hour, and a second hour of classes with Primary for the youngest follows. Attending either service is free, and no collection plate is passed. Since the times are set locally and can change year to year, calling ahead of a first visit is a reasonable step.
