Eagle Heights Baptist Church

About this church

Eagle Heights Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation at 703 East Walters Avenue in Harrison, begins Sunday Connect Groups at 9:15 a.m. and worship at 10:30 on campus and online. Visitors are invited to dress comfortably, from jeans to a suit, and are not pressured to give. The church describes its environment as understanding and supportive, joining people from varied walks of life around faith in Jesus. Worship and teaching serve the larger mission of reaching, serving, and discipling people through the life-changing gospel.

Eagle Kids provides nursery-through-fifth-grade Connect Groups at 9:15 and a separate worship experience at 10:30. The ministry partners with parents through gospel-centered conversation, biblical teaching, community, and age-specific activities intended to develop lifelong faith. Students, college-age adults, young professionals, singles, couples, and women also have dedicated ministry routes. The congregation teaches salvation by grace through faith in Christ, biblical authority, believer's baptism by immersion, and the Lord's Supper. Its emphasis on community treats church as a diverse body rather than an audience, with every generation encouraged toward fully devoted discipleship. Online message archives make the current preaching accessible before a visit, while the Welcome Center provides in-person guidance for groups and children's spaces.
