Grubb Springs Baptist Church

About this church

Grubb Springs Baptist Church meets at 4884 Grubb Springs Road in Harrison. Sunday school begins at 9:45 a.m., morning worship at 11:00, and evening worship at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday starts with Food and Friends at 5:30, followed by adult Bible study and prayer at 6:00. AWANA also meets Wednesdays at 6:00 for children from prekindergarten through fifth grade. The schedule gives families a full set of Sunday and midweek options rather than a single worship hour.

Teenagers in grades six through twelve connect through the Three Six Teens ministry, while adults have several smaller, practical points of entry. Coffee and Prayer meets at the church Tuesdays at 6:00 a.m. The Grubb Club gathers Fridays at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast at Jamie’s Restaurant on Highway 62/65 North, taking fellowship into a public setting away from the church building. Those details make the congregation’s character visible: Bible teaching and worship are paired with meals, prayer, age-based discipleship, and informal conversation. Because the teen schedule and seasonal children’s calendar can shift, parents should confirm the next meeting online. Newcomers can most easily begin with Sunday school or the 11:00 worship service.
