St Anthony's Catholic Church

About this church

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church celebrates weekday Mass Monday through Friday at 9:00 a.m. and again Saturday morning at 1000 Cambridge Street in Novato. The weekend schedule includes a 5:00 p.m. Saturday vigil; Sunday Masses in English at 9:00 and 11:15 a.m.; and Spanish Mass at 7:30 a.m. without music and 5:00 p.m. with music and a convivio. Confessions are heard Saturdays from 3:30 to 4:30, and Friday Eucharistic adoration follows the 9:00 Mass until 10:30.

The parish describes itself as an intergenerational family making disciples, serving Novato, and engaging the next generation. Faith formation serves children from kindergarten through high school, including students preparing for sacraments and those continuing afterward; parent gatherings are designed to connect formation at church with faith at home. Practical-care ministries include St. Vincent de Paul, Loaves & Fishes, grief support, help for homebound parishioners, and the Gabriel Project. A first-time visitor can choose worship by language and musical setting, while the Saturday confession window and Friday adoration offer quieter points of entry. Livestream Mass, homilies, bulletins, and current ministry schedules are available on the parish site.
