Mariners Church Oceanside

About this church

Mariners Church Oceanside is one congregation within a Southern California multisite church that describes discipleship as following Jesus, growing together, serving one another, and changing the world. Weekend worship, Mariners Kids, small groups, a ten-week Rooted experience, and local and global outreach help people move through that “Transformational Loop.” The wider church began more than fifty years ago as a small gathering at Mariners Elementary School and now serves communities through multiple campuses and rescue-mission congregations.

The Oceanside congregation meets Sundays at 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30 a.m. at 4000 Mystra Drive. Mariners Kids is offered through the church’s location-based ministry system, and the Plan a Visit tool asks guests to select Oceanside to see the relevant children and youth details. That selection matters because the same page displays many campuses with different schedules, including English, Spanish, Thursday-night, and rescue-mission services. Visitors should verify that “Oceanside” remains active in the selector before relying on the three Sunday hours. The general Mariners worship page explains the church’s commitment to developing musicians and worshipers, while the outreach page shows service opportunities from neighborhood care to global ministry. A current online service option is also available for people who want to preview the teaching before attending locally.
