Community Presbyterian Church of Ventura

About this church

Community Presbyterian Church of Ventura is a congregation passionate about Jesus, deeper faith, and helping neighbors experience God’s hope and transforming love. Worship, children and students, groups, care, and mission partners support its identity as a community of growing disciples who help others grow. English and Spanish worship, online access, and age-specific programs make the church more varied than a single Sunday gathering.

During June, July, and August, CPC holds one Sunday service at 10:00 a.m. The site says the regular 9:00 and 10:30 services resume September 6, 2026, so late-summer visitors should use the date-specific pattern. Under the regular schedule, nursery care for infants through age three is available at both services. Children begin in the sanctuary, then meet leaders in the lobby after several songs and go to classrooms. Online worship includes the 9:00 English service and a 1:00 p.m. Spanish service. Kids Club for grades three through five meets on second and fourth Wednesdays at 6:30, with the fall kickoff published for August 26. Middle-school and high-school programs use their own calendars. The summer change also affects what visitors see online and which children’s options operate at a particular hour, making the current homepage more reliable than a general ministry page for choosing a first-visit time.
