Canyon Hills Wasco

About this church

Canyon Hills Wasco gathers at 600 Broadway Street for Sunday worship at 9:30 a.m., both in person and online. A typical service begins with vibrant music led by a worship team, followed by a relevant message from Scripture. The campus describes itself as active, compassionate, and community-minded, with people free to sing, raise their hands, or participate more quietly. Fern and Cecia Segura lead the Wasco campus within the wider Canyon Hills family of California congregations.

Children and teenagers from infancy through high school have age-appropriate ministry. Canyon Kids is designed as a safe, welcoming place where children learn who God is through worship, Bible teaching, and activities, while student ministry helps older youth build faith and relationships. The church's larger mission emphasizes loving God, strengthening families, serving as leadership, and transforming communities. Its values also call for environments where different generations and cultures can worship together and for practical compassion toward people far from God. Visitors planning a first Sunday therefore have one shared 9:30 hour, online access, expressive contemporary worship, biblical teaching, and dedicated next-generation spaces rather than a complicated multi-service schedule.
