Greenwood Community Church

About this church

Greenwood Community Church gathers in Greenwood Village for Sunday worship at 9 and 10:45 a.m., with both in-person and online participation. The congregation belongs to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church and describes itself as an intergenerational community experiencing God's love and transforming grace through Jesus Christ. Worship, prayer, Scripture, and shared spiritual practices are intended to shape everyday discipleship rather than remain isolated Sunday activities. Accessible parking and an entrance are available at the west end of the parking lot, a useful detail for guests arriving at the Belleview Avenue campus.

Children and students have age-specific settings alongside the wider church community. Kids' ministry and groups for students in fifth through twelfth grade combine biblical teaching, worship, prayer, activities, and relationships, while small groups give adults and families a more personal way to practice life with Jesus. The church also frames mission as building habits of love and peace toward neighbors, with local and international opportunities appearing on its events calendar. Visitors should check for holiday exceptions: the church occasionally combines its two regular services into one 10 a.m. gathering, as its published Labor Day weekend notice illustrates. On ordinary Sundays, however, the two morning times provide the standard choice.
