Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church

About this church

Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church is a DeFuniak Springs congregation connecting Sunday worship with Bible classes, children’s ministry, student gatherings, adult study, and a weekday Christian learning center. Nursery care supports infants through age three, while older children and students have their own Sunday and Wednesday settings. The Ridge Kids Learning Center adds VPK, wraparound care, and an after-school program with academic support, supervised play, Bible stories, prayer, and Christian character formation; those weekday offerings require enrollment and are distinct from congregational worship.

Sunday School begins at 9:15 a.m., followed by worship at 10:30. Nursery is available from 9:15 a.m. to noon, and the children’s page lists Sunday programming from 11:00 to noon. Wednesday dinner begins at 5:30 p.m.; children and youth start at 6:00, while adult Bible study is listed at 6:15. A newcomer page describes the general Wednesday lesson at 6:15, so families should arrive based on the age-specific ministry time. Student Sunday class is listed from 9:30 to 10:30, a slight difference from the churchwide Sunday School opening that should be confirmed.
