Sheridan Hills Baptist Church

About this church

Sheridan Hills Baptist Church is a Hollywood congregation with more than sixty years of ministry anchored in Scripture. Its four stated values—truth, worship, community, and mission—support a purpose of winning the lost, discipling believers, and caring for the fellowship. Sunday worship, children and students, Starting Point, small groups, service, local outreach, and global mission help people move from a first visit toward meaningful membership.

Children’s Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. with Bible lessons and worship activities, followed by the main worship service at 10:30. Nursery classes introduce basic biblical truths while partnering with parents as the primary guides of children’s faith. Starting Point explains the church’s beliefs, baptism, membership, and ways to become involved, but its meeting dates vary and should be checked before attending. The church’s statement of faith follows the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. First-time visitors can expect Scripture-centered preaching, congregational worship, and a church that treats groups and service as central rather than optional extras. The official watch page provides recent messages for people who want to understand the teaching before visiting the Sheridan Street campus.
