Solid Rock Baptist Church

About this church

Solid Rock Baptist Church in Milton begins Sunday School and age-based Bible classes at 10:00 a.m., followed by morning worship at 11:00. Junior Church is provided for children during the service. Wednesday Bible study and prayer start at 6:00 p.m., while the event calendar also lists a Friday evening street ministry. Services can be streamed through the congregation's Facebook page, giving visitors a way to preview the preaching before attending the East Gate Road building.

The church describes itself as fundamental, independent, and Bible-believing. Its statement of faith identifies the King James Bible as the final authority for faith and practice and places evangelism, local outreach, and world missions at the center of congregational responsibility. That specificity is useful for people comparing Baptist churches: Solid Rock's convictions are conservative and openly stated rather than implied. Potluck meals after selected Sunday services add fellowship to the weekly pattern, while separate ministries serve different ages. A first visit is most straightforward at 10:00 for study or 11:00 for worship; current events should be checked for dinners, street outreach, and any schedule additions.
