Local Church Canton

About this church

Local Church Canton gathers Sundays at 8:30, 9:45, and 11:15 a.m. Its pathway is expressed in three phrases: follow Jesus through weekly worship and daily surrender, find your people through biblical community and service, and live on mission through generosity, outreach, and evangelism. Worship leads into biblical teaching, while Bible studies and teams help people build relationships and practice faith beyond Sunday. The Canton congregation is one of three Local Churches, each guided by local pastors while sharing a mission to help people follow Jesus and serve their communities.

Local Kids serves children from birth through fifth grade with age-specific Bible lessons, activities, small groups, music, movement, and intentional parent partnership. Check-in computers support arrival, and the ministry uses a parent's mobile number if a need arises during worship. Middle-school Bible study meets Sundays at 9:45 a.m.; high-school study is published for 4 p.m., with groups divided by grade and gender for relevant discussion. Outreach has included school shoe drives, food, volunteer projects, and support across North Atlanta. Global partners plant churches, equip leaders, and serve communities in regions with limited gospel access. The site does not clearly state accessibility, parking, service length, baptism or Communion cadence, or streaming.
