Christ Church

About this church

Christ Church Presbyterian in Evans holds Sunday School at 9:45 a.m., morning worship at 11:00, and evening worship at 6:00. The congregation centers its services on prayer, singing, and expository teaching of Scripture. Its official site identifies the church with Presbyterian faith and practice and presents worship, Bible study, fellowship, and missions as connected parts of Christian discipleship.

Children's Sunday School serves preschool through sixth grade with an opening group time and age-level classes. A staffed nursery for newborns through age four is available during worship services, including most holidays, while youth meet for Sunday School in the Youth House. Men's and women's ministries, music, missions, American Heritage Girls, Trail Life USA, and Bible studies provide additional ways to participate. First-time families can arrive before 9:45 for the full education-and-worship morning; those attending only worship should allow time for nursery placement and use the Southern Pines Drive entrance information on the official site.
