Cornerstone Christian Church

About this church

Cornerstone Christian Church is an Effingham congregation where Sunday worship, children and students, camps, retreats, missions, and community service connect biblical teaching with relationships. Its current stories highlight a large Vacation Bible School effort and support for Oil Belt Christian Service Camp, showing how volunteers and children participate beyond an ordinary weekend. In-person and online worship give local families and remote viewers the same regular starting point.

Sunday service begins at 9:00 a.m. and streams through YouTube and Facebook. Cornerstone Kids serves children from birth through fifth grade at the same hour with play, crafts, songs, and Bible teaching in a safe, age-appropriate setting. First-time families can use the Family Check-In Station, and greeters at the door help locate classrooms. Students in grades six through twelve meet Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. from September through early May; the 2026 program-year kickoff is September 9, so that gathering should not be assumed during summer. The student evening combines informal connection, worship or teaching, and small-group growth. Previous Sunday services remain available online for visitors who want to preview the church. Since camps, retreats, blood drives, and seasonal programs are date-specific, the events page is the appropriate source for those rather than the recurring Sunday schedule.
