Crossroots Church

About this church

Crossroots Church is a Pentecostal congregation at 3200 South Banker Street in Effingham. Its official pages present a Sunday auditorium gathering with nursery, preschool, and elementary ministry, plus a Wednesday night when adults, youth, and children meet throughout the building. The site currently publishes 6 p.m. for Wednesday kids ministry, youth ministry, and biblical electives, but does not display a reliable Sunday start time in the researched text. First-time guests should confirm that hour through the church's current events page or contact information before leaving home.

The church's beliefs emphasize the Bible as inspired, authoritative, and sufficient for Christian faith and life, along with salvation through Jesus Christ and an ongoing Pentecostal expectation of the Holy Spirit's gifts. Children's volunteers receive training and background checks, a useful practical detail for parents entrusting young children to the program. Middle- and high-school students have a separate Wednesday service built around worship, teaching, friendship, and a lively atmosphere. A Sunday livestream page gives remote visitors another way to preview the service. Crossroots will especially interest households seeking charismatic theology, dedicated next-generation rooms, and a coordinated midweek program for the whole family.
