Lombard Bible Church offers English and Spanish Bible study Sunday at 9:00 a.m., followed by contemporary worship at 10:30. Guests may wear jeans, a suit, or anything comfortable. The church shares a large parking lot with Elmhurst Memorial Lombard Health Center, and the Metra train stops immediately in front, making the downtown campus accessible by car or commuter rail. Children age four through fifth grade attend the opening music with family, receive prayer, and then move downstairs for Kids Church. The 30,000-square-foot facility includes a gym, multiple kitchens, dedicated children’s and student wings, classrooms, a fireside room, and a renovated sanctuary. LBC belongs to the Christian and Missionary Alliance and supports Alliance international workers through the Great Commission Fund, while also sending teams to serve locally and globally. Middle-school students meet Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.; high-school students meet Sunday at the same time, both upstairs in the youth room. Life Groups, prayer groups, adult studies, women’s studies, community outreach, and world missions round out a discipleship plan intended to make biblical teaching practical for everyday life.
