Westminster Presbyterian Church

About this church

Westminster Presbyterian Church in Muncie is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) on West Riverside Avenue. Sunday worship is held at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., with a Discipleship Hour at 10 a.m. between the two services. Worship is centered on Christ, with expository preaching and teaching from Scripture, and the church organizes its life around worship, discipleship and service. Attire ranges from suits and ties to shorts and sandals, so visitors can wear whatever is comfortable.

Childcare is available for children 3 and under during the service, and Sunday School during the Discipleship Hour offers age-based classes for children from age 3 through fifth grade as well as classes for adults. Students in sixth through 12th grade meet on Sunday mornings between services and on Sunday evenings for a youth group held jointly with two other area churches, with worship, teaching, small group discussion and games, plus retreats, camps and service projects during the year. Adults can join small groups, a young adults group, men's and women's ministries, and ALOE, a ministry for older adults, and membership classes are offered. Recent services and sermons can be watched or heard on the website. Confirm current service times on the website or by calling the church office before visiting.
