River of Life Church

About this church

River of Life Church is a Cedar Rapids congregation with a mission to be a church family that knows Jesus and makes him known. Sunday worship begins at 10:00 a.m. and combines music and prayer with Spirit-led, Bible-based preaching. The service is livestreamed, and recent messages are available online for people who miss a Sunday or want to become familiar with the teaching before attending.

First-time guests are invited to come as they are, with free coffee available on Sunday mornings and River Kids serving families. The church also offers Awana clubs, ministries for men and women, and ways to contribute time and abilities in the congregation and community. On the first Sunday of the month, a Discover River luncheon follows worship so newcomers can meet leaders and ask questions; advance registration is requested. River of Life meets at 3801 Blairs Ferry Road Northeast and operates a Wednesday food pantry from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., linking its weekly worship with practical care for Cedar Rapids neighbors.
