Rejoice Community Church

About this church

Rejoice Community Church worships at 1320 Third Avenue SE in Le Mars and belongs to the Reformed Church in America. Its Sunday service begins at 10 a.m. and is available both in person and online. A typical gathering lasts roughly an hour, opening with songs from a band before announcements, prayer, a message, and closing music. The congregation describes its purpose as providing a safe, open environment where people gather, become equipped, grow more like Christ, and carry faith, hope, and love into the community. First-time guests are invited to stop at the Welcome Center after worship.

The church's ministries connect Sunday worship with practical service and Christian formation. Adult Sunday School offers weekly Bible study, while children's programming provides age-appropriate learning and the praise team gives musicians a place to serve. Rejoice also hosts The Table Food Pantry and participates in broader Siouxland food distribution, making hunger relief a visible part of congregational life rather than a vague statement about outreach. Prayer ministry and additional service opportunities round out the week. Families and visitors should check the current ministry calendar before arriving because special programs and food distributions follow their own dates, but the church consistently publishes Sunday worship at 10 a.m.
