About this church

Damascus Road Community Church in Mt. Airy offers Sunday services at 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30 a.m.; the 10:00 service is livestreamed. The church’s visit guide walks newcomers through arrival and the Sunday experience, while three service times provide flexibility for households coordinating children, youth, or other commitments.

Children’s ministry meets on Sunday, and Haven provides an inclusive special-needs program during the 11:30 service. Youth gather Sundays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30, while young adults meet Thursdays from 7:00 to 9:00. These clearly differentiated programs make the congregation especially legible for families and adults looking for a peer community. First-time households using Haven should contact the ministry and plan around 11:30 rather than assuming every service offers the same support. Other families should arrive early for children’s check-in, and online viewers can sample the 10:00 service before visiting. Current ministry calendars should be verified because evening programs may follow school-year rhythms.
