Rockville Assembly of God

About this church

Rockville Assembly of God's Sunday schedule opens with School at 9:30 a.m., followed by the Celebration Service and livestream at 10:30. The congregation describes Sunday as a powerful time of worship, teaching, and fellowship. Its Pentecostal beliefs include salvation, resurrection, prayer for physical healing through Christ's work, the Holy Spirit, and making disciples. The church's vision is to reach the Washington metropolitan region by sharing Christ's love with neighbors, friends, and families and serving the wider community.

Kidz HQ begins after praise and worship, allowing children to join the congregation for the opening music before moving into Bible teaching designed to engage different ages. Youth meet Friday at 6:30 p.m. LifeGroups gather on several weekday evenings and in different locations, so the official group page is the best place to match a schedule and neighborhood. The congregation also supports mission and outreach through its Kingdom Builders emphasis. For a first visit, families should arrive before Sunday School or at least before the 10:30 service and ask where children transition after worship. Remote guests can use the livestream, while teenagers and adults interested in smaller settings should confirm Friday youth or a current LifeGroup separately.
