About this church

Severna Park Baptist Church holds its Sunday worship gathering at 10:45 a.m. A coed adult Bible group meets at 9:30, using The Gospel Project’s three-year journey through all sixty-six biblical books; children and youth study the same arc with age-graded material. Family Groups bring three to five households together for friendship, faith, and mission. The church describes its vision as growing godly generations through intergenerational worship, gospel membership, and tangible acts of love. Its location between Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington also shapes a deliberate welcome to military and deployed families who may be in the area for only a season.

Park Kids provides nursery care for infants through age two and toddlers ages two through five, with Bible learning and seasonal activities for older children. Middle- and high-school students join Sunday Bible group at 9:30 and Wednesday youth group from 6:33 to 8:00 p.m., combining games, food, and teaching; fifth Wednesdays are reserved for volunteer planning rather than youth group. Local and global mission connections, Operation Christmas Child, Vacation Bible School, and family events create practical next steps. It may suit households seeking one main service, coordinated Bible learning, family groups, and support for the region’s mobile military community.
