West Court Street Church of God

About this church

West Court Street Church of God is a Flint congregation offering Bible-centered worship, Sunday education, children’s and youth formation, and recorded gathering videos. Its children’s ministry partners with parents through creative, relational, experiential, and applicable teaching that uses media, drama, music, and service. Volunteers working with children are trained, screened, and background checked. The visitor guide describes friendly people, relevant music, biblical preaching, and freedom either to engage socially or remain relatively anonymous while learning about the congregation.

Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:15 a.m., followed by the worship gathering at 10:30 Eastern. Youth Sunday School meets during the 9:15 hour, and Youth Worship is offered on the second and fourth Sundays during the main service in the ground-floor chapel. Door 1 is the primary entrance; Door 2 provides a ramped approach from the West Court parking lot. Because youth worship depends on the Sunday’s position in the month and recorded videos are posted separately, families should confirm the calendar rather than infer that every Sunday follows the same classroom arrangement.
