New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church

About this church

New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church is a Ypsilanti congregation describing itself as a community that exalts Christ and transforms lives through love and truth. Members gather around God's Word, grace, active care for one another, and the conviction that God still changes lives. The Tyler Road campus was built through earlier members' sacrifice and prayer, and the church presents the sanctuary as a place for both encounter and rest rather than architecture alone. Newcomers who are seeking truth or looking for room to grow are invited into that open-handed community.

Christian Education Power Hour runs Sunday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed immediately by worship at 11:00. Midweek Bible class meets Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. The visitor page addresses common practical questions about parking, clothing, worship, children and youth, disability access, outreach, and updates, giving prospective guests a single starting point even where details expand in interactive sections. Sermons are also available online for people who want to hear the church's teaching before attending. Since education ends at the same time worship begins, participants planning both should arrive before 10:00 and expect to transition directly into the service rather than leaving an hour between the two.
