Rock of Life CRC

About this church

Rock of Life CRC in Willmar begins Sunday School at 9:00 a.m. for preschool through senior-high students, followed by worship at 10:00. The service lasts about an hour and includes a Bible message, singing, prayer, and regular observance of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Nursery care is available for newborns through age three. Fellowship and refreshments follow worship, and clothing generally ranges from casual to business casual. Recent services can be watched on demand; local Charter Cable channel 181 also carries the service Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Sundays at 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The congregation belongs to the Christian Reformed Church in North America and expresses its mission as reaching out boldly through the Holy Spirit in word and deed, locally and globally. Rock of Life partners with Unity CRC in Prinsburg to operate Solid Rock Youth Ministries for grades six through twelve. A women’s Bible study meets Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. during September through April. This is a practical option for Willmar residents seeking Reformed worship, an education hour before church, post-service fellowship, and unusually broad remote access through both online video and local cable broadcasts.
